Vernon V. Arnold, 86, St. Joseph, Missouri, died Friday, August 25, 2006 at a local health care facility.
Born March 8, 1920, in Parnell, Missouri, he resided in St. Joseph, most of his life. He was a truck driver for A & W Water Company.
Mr. Arnold was preceded in death by his parents Levi Valadis and Izola (Rauch) Arnold; his son Franklin; five brothers, Donnice, Kelly, Ora Lestle, Norman , and Garland Arnold; two sisters, Carmen Dever, and LaQuita Arnold.
(Survivors:) his son, David of Kansas; five daughters, Debbie, Janet, Judy, Alice, and Francie all of the state of Illinois; three brothers, Ronald of St. Joseph, Carl of Preston, Missouri, and Ed of Urbana, Missouri; six sisters, Mary Gilbert of St. Joseph, Sally Braddy of St. Charles, Illinois, Shirley Beehler of Flemington, Missouri, Sandra Gillpatrick of Overland Park, Kansas, Bonnie Neidel, and Sharon Lehman both of Hermitage, Missouri.
Mr. Arnold was a member of Missouri Cremation Services.
Mr. Arnold was cremated. Private Family Memorial Service at a later date.
