Raymond Lewis Hoecker, 88, St. Joseph, passed away Thursday, January 25, 2007 at a local hospital.
Mr. Hoecker was born April 24, 1918, in St. Joseph. He graduated from Lafayette High School. He married Nan Cox.
Ray and his brother owned and operated Standard Electric for 40 years before retiring to Florida. Two years ago he returned to St. Joseph.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Herman and Amelia Hoecker; and siblings, Helen, Ruth and Elmer.
(Survivors:) his loving wife of 66 years; their four sons, Larry, Tom, Richard and Daniel; seven grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
