Obituary
Patricia Lee Hoecker, went to the open arms of her Lord and Savior on December 15, 2025, surrounded by her family at her home. She slipped into eternity after a lengthy fight with cancer.
Patty was born April 28, 1948, and was preceded in death by her parents, Cecil and Velma Raymond, and her brother, Danny.
Survivors include a brother, Steven, of Shelbina, Missouri, her husband of 57 years, Richard; sons, Shawn (Tammy) and Kelly; and four grandsons, Jacob, Johnathan, Gabriel, and Noah; and one great-granddaughter, Nova.
She was a Renaissance woman able to do anything she set her mind to. She taught Sunday School for years at the old King Hill Baptist Church and later was a member of Riverside Baptist Church.
She was a superb seamstress, making costumes for the New Generation Singers, Sweet Adelines, cheerleader outfits for all three high schools, wedding and bridesmaid dresses along with prom dresses. Patty had her own business for over 30 years. She also was a bookkeeper for a local business.
Miss Patty loved to china paint, refurbish antique furniture, travel extensively, was an avid reader, and enjoyed camping in the mountains.
She was a lady in every sense of the word in speech, actions, and dress.
Above all, she loved her Lord and Savior, her family, and life. She will be missed by all who knew her.
Farewell Services 11:00 A.M. Saturday, December 20, Riverside Baptist Church. The family will gather with friends one hour prior to the service. The family suggests memorial contributions to Riverside Baptist Church.
Patricia was a member of Missouri Cremation Service. Online guestbook and obituary at www.missouricremation.com.
