Nancy Kerns, 60, Clarksdale, Missouri, passed away February 7, 2018, at her home.
She was born October 6, 1957, to Franklin Wayne and Mable Leota (Ritchie) Miller in Superior, Nebraska.
Nancy married Larry A. Kerns on October 29, 1994.
She was a freelance writer throughout her life.
Nancy was a member of Freeman Chapel Freewill Baptist Church and the Writer’s Guild.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Survivors include her husband, Larry Kerns; daughter, Kristy Kerns; son, Nicholas Kerns; sisters, Jacquee Almanza, St. Joseph, Gerrie Coil, St. Joseph, and Phyllis Locke, Independence, Missouri; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
