Judy Theroff, age 82, of Tonganoxie, Kansas, passed away on Wednesday, December 24, 2025.
Judy was born on December 12, 1942, in Kansas City, Kansas, to William and Marie (Schrader) Brunsky. On April 19, 1968, she married Donald Theroff and they shared 57 years of marriage together. Donald survives her at home.
Judy was a devoted homemaker who found great joy in spending time with her grandchildren. She especially loved traveling and cruising, always enjoying the adventure of the open sea.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her sister, Virginia Van Dyne; and her brother, Bill Brunsky.
Judy is survived by her loving husband, Donald; her children, Jeff Fisher (Lisa), Julie Thompson (Daniel), and David Theroff (Jeff); her grandchildren, Conner Yates (Whitney), Dylan Yates, Austin Fisher (Brittany), and Colby Fisher (Karen); nine great-grandchildren; as well as many extended family members and friends.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network (pancan.org) or Kansas City Hospice and Palliative Care (kchospice.org).
