Jean Roy Obituary

Jean Frances Roy, 79, Wathena, Kansas, passed away Wednesday, August 10, 2022.
She was born on March 9, 1943 in Newport, Rhode Island to William and Irene (Young) Seymour.
Jean married Normand Roy on July 10, 1961. He preceded her in death after 32 years of marriage.
She was a CNA and enjoyed taking care of her patients.
Jean enjoyed traveling and spending time with her family.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; brother, William Seymour; and son, Robert Roy.
Survivors include sister, Patricia Stinson; niece, Naomi Mullett; Daughter, Deborah DeSantiago; grandchildren, Christine, Holley, Jessica and Leah; seven great grandchildren; one great great grandchild; numerous nieces and nephews.
Jean was a member of the Kansas Cremation Service.
