1933-2019

Dorothy Marie Herlinger, 86, Topeka, Kansas passed away Tuesday, April 9, 2019, at home with her family by her side.
She was born March 23, 1933 in Rulo, Nebraska.
Dorothy married Robert J. Herlinger, Sr on June 20, 1952 in Jacksonville, Florida. They settled down and raised their family in Langhorne, PA. Robert Sr. preceded her in death October 1, 1982. After the passing of Robert, Sr. she and her children eventually moved and settled in Hiawatha, KS to be close to her family.
She was preceded in death by sons, Glenn and George Herlinger; parents, Norman and Inez (Bachman) Hartman; brother, Glen Hartman; sister, Norma Halloway.
Survivors include children, Robert Herlinger, Jr. (Cherie), Ann Herlinger, Scott Herlinger (Laura); 10 grandchildren and 9 great- grandchildren.
There will be no service at this time. In lieu of flowers, Dorothy requests donations to be made to the Ronald McDonald House or Midland Hospice, Topeka, KS. Dorothy was a member of the Kansas Cremation Service. Online guestbook and obituary at www.kansascremation.com.
