Bruce Ruttenberg, 61, passed away on August 6, 2016 at Hillcrest Manor in Hamilton, Missouri surrounded by his family and friends.
Born July 11, 1955 Bruce spent over 40 years as a truck driver.
He was preceded in death by his father, Richard Ruttenberg; biological mother and step father, Geraldine and Dennis Miller; and niece Sherry Ruttenberg.
Survivors include his two daughters, Michelle Brooks (Clint) and Christine Kofoid (Tom); son, Charlie Ruttenberg; brother, William Ruttenberg of Chillicothe, Missouri (girlfriend Marilyn); two sisters, Carol Baker and Cindy Friend, both of Norfolk, Virginia; mother and step father, Alison and Durwood Inge of Norfolk, Virginia; 14 grandchildren; two great grandchildren; four nephews; one great nephew; and one great niece.
Memorial Services will be held in Virginia during his favorite season, spring.
In lieu of flowers a memorial fund, Bruce Ruttenberg c/o Christine Kofoid, has been set up at the Bank of Whitewater, 126 S. Main, PO Box 69, Whitewater, Kansas 67154. Please wait until after August 10, 2016 to donate.
Mr. Ruttenberg was a member of the Missouri Cremation Service.
