Barbara Ann Engelhardt, 77, Garland, Texas passed away Friday, October 28, 2016 at Pleasant Valley Nursing Home.
She was born February 8, 1939 in Kansas City, Missouri.
Barbara worked at an executive housekeeper for many years at various hotels and later retired from the Shawnee Mission School District. She enjoyed reading, puzzles, crocheting, watching television, yardwork, and keeping a clean home.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Arnold and Grace (Stappington) McGrew; and brothers, John and Danny Joe McGrew.
Survivors include children, William Engelhardt, Linda Doyle, Jimmy Engelhardt, Robert Engelhardt, and Kathy Henderson; siblings, Arnold McGrew, Jr., Arline Ayers, Doris Jean Adkins, and Frank McGrew; and five grandchildren.
