He was born January 5, 1940 to Benjamin Franklin and Molley Mae (Hyder) Dilley, who preceded him in death.
He was also preceded in death by fifteen brothers and sisters.
(Survivors:) daughter, Wanda Stagner, St. Joseph, Missouri; son, Arnold Dilley, St. Joseph; brother, Raymond Dilley, Elwood, Kansas; two grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews; and his beloved companion, Gloria Hawks.
Mr. Dilley was a member of Missouri Cremation Services. He has been cremated.
